What is the ThetaHealing Technique?
The ThetaHealing Technique is an intuitive meditation technique that allows you to uncover beliefs and fears that may be holding you back from creating the life you want, preventing you from healing, or contributing to your creating and recreating situations and relationships which are not serving you.
The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health. It is a holistic healing therapy that works on all levels – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
90% of our minds are our unconscious. Experiences and memories, thoughts and beliefs that our conscious mind has not processed, or has not been able to process, are stored there and, without our knowing, contribute to our decision-making, our actions and our reactions all the time.
So, for example, the unconscious fear of success, or moving forward, may be forcing us to sabotage our own attempts to do create it. Using the ThetaHealing technique, we can clear these blocks to your life, health and relationships easily and quickly.
ThetaHealing is a conversation between you and the practitioner who, connected to the Theta brainwave, will help to guide you down to the source of any limiting beliefs.
